AMENDMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. FLIGHT DELAY
1.1. Flight delay more than 1 hour, additional waiting hour charges will comply.
1.2. In the event the flight delay without further arrival time provided, guest may pay the cancellation charges as below mentioned then made a new reservation for their arrival transfer.

2. CANCELLATION CHARGE
2.1. Guest cancel the assignment less than 3 Hours before the assignment, 50% cancellation charges will comply.
2.2. Guest cancel the assignment less than 2 Hours before the assignment or No Show, 100% cancellation charges will comply.

3. AMEND OF ASSIGNMENT
Any amend of assignment is subject to availability, in the event unable to supply then cancellation charge will comply as mentioned above Cancellation Charges.
